Our group, headed by Prof. Rao, attended the 22nd International Conference on Optical Fiber Sensors in October 2012. 8 papers were accepted by the Conference. Dr. Jia, supervised by Prof. Rao, gave an oral report on the conference. In addition, Dr. Yao’s paper, one of the seven post-deadline papers, was the only one written by Chinese mainland students. Our researcher results shown during this conference were appreciated by the colleagues. Prof. Rao also served as co-chair of technical committee during the OFS-22.
